Business Description
Portland Realtor Specializing in Close-In Period Homes and Other Real Estate
I am a local Realtor ® working for RE/MAX Equity Group here in N.E. Portland. I live in the Alberta Arts / Alameda neighborhood with my wife and son.
After 8 years of living in Tokyo Japan and running my own executive search firm, I decided to return to Portland Oregon to pursue a better quality of life and a career in real estate. I like to experience things “hands on” so I acquired a few wonderful older homes and began the work of renovating them with the help of a good local contractor. The work was a very rewarding experience and provided me with a sound investment.
These days I continue to work with investors and first time home buyers finding suitable real estate in the greater Portland area. My greatest asset is my knowledge of the local market and ability to match a person’s needs with a suitable property. I have also established a good network of lenders, contractors and home inspectors who can make the home buying process easier from start to finish.
If you are considering purchasing real estate in Portland or would just like to know more about the market, please feel free to contact me.
I am looking forward to working with you in the future.
Best Regards,
Rambo Halpern
